As an Apple Mac user you are passionate about your Mac.   Telephony/softphones has been one of those areas where it is a no go for Macs...or it used to be, but no longer with SpliceCom maximiser.

 MacOptimise have worked very hard to make that integration even better. Here are some scenarios to highlight the level of integration.

You look up a restaurant with Google when on the restaurants web page you select the phone number and right click to choose Dial with PCS60. your phone dials the number.  You  then copy the URL of the menu for the restaurant.  You go the number you just dialled and Get Info on it and put the name of the restaurant in the Company field and paste the URL in the Web page field.  Next time you wish to order from the retaurant you simply type in the first few letters of its name and clck to dial. When you connect to the restaurant the menu pops up in the phone so you can browse and talk.  Very simple, very powerful.

Your Apple Address Book has all your contacts in it so why re-key the numbers?  With the SpliceCom system from MacOptimise you simply click on the label next to the phone number and select Dial with PCS60.  The PCS60 is the software "phone" that either runs as a patner to your handest or as a standalone Softphone you can use with the inbuilt mike and speakers of your mac or a headset.

You are travelling overseas and do not want to pay exhorbitant call roaming fees.  You have your MacBook with you so you open up the MacBook select a wireless network (or 3G Modem) and Select connect to Office under your VPN menu. You click the PCS60 icon and your softphone runs.  You can call home or the building next door in Paris and use your SpliceCom Least Cost call Routing to make calls to home at local call rates and calls to Paris at the very cheap VOIP rates.  You can forward your calls to your French pay as you go sim so that anyone calling you in the office will be forwarded at  cheap rates to your Paris mobile.  Also while you are notanswering calls voice messages to your number are forwarded to your email inbox to be listened to at your leisure.
